There is going to be a Dragon Age Movie? With Felicia Day? Oooh ... never played the game, but must watch anyway, I guess :D
Not so much my kind of music*, but it's a really nice trailer mashup (without any story and like ... 200 movies used or so?). Beware, 15 minutes long! But, well, cool. Even if it is very quick and visually exhausting, too :D Many flashy images, don't watch if prone to seizures ^^. I see it as a nice way to show a collection of amazing movie moments ... as in, what is possible and done in movies today. And there is Nuada in it, lol.
*screw that, after watching that thing for the third or forth time now, I actually enjoy the music quite a lot.

Die politische Diskussion über Staat und Kirche ist von meinen rechtlichen Standpunkt aus ziemlich ausgelutscht. Nicht dass es nicht einen großen Diskussions- und Auslegungsrahmen bei uns diesbezüglich noch gibt, doch da wird meiner Meinung nach das Pferd wieder von hinten aufgezäumt.
Die Vorschau des Gender Books wirkt sehr interessant.
Seit ich diese große französische Reportage über pränatale Diagnostik und Geschlechterentwicklung gesehen habe habe muss ich immer lachen wenn mir jemand versucht zu erklären es gäbe nur zwei Geschlechter.

Sollte eigentlich selbstverständlich sein, aber die christlichen Taliban haben bei uns leider noch zu viel Macht.
Die nötige Mehrheit für entsprechende Gesetzesänderungen wird man nie herstellen können.
So wird auch weiterhin die älteste Verbrecherorganisation, die nebenbei auch der größte Immobilienbesitzer der Welt ist, weiter in Deutschland keine Grundsteuer zahlen und von Privilegien profitieren die ihnen damals die Nazis zugesagt haben...

The genderbook is awesome, thank for pointing me towards it. I hope for something like this (or perhaps an extension of this) in German, because there are even more or at least different issues with the language here.
How not to talk to your kids was interesting! Well written and oh so important!
Actually, I see this kind of behaviour even in myself *sighs* Not good. But maybe knowing where it comes from will help a bit.
Though the article name (the one on the website itself) is misleading and almost made me not read it.
