elfyYeah, I'm still alive, anyone missed me?
Naomi is at the vet right now, getting castrated. Poor cat, but well, it had to be done. I will pick her up again in a few hours. The last days she is such a lovely cat, snuggling more than ever. She even laid down on my lap, when I sat at the computer and stayed there really, really long (like half an hour or and hour) and slept there - even if I was typing. She never did that before.
They are showing Underworld in the Rex, late friday and satureday night (wasn't there someone who wanted to tell me, when this happens? :-P).

The bookfair was nice as always, but dissapointing regarding jobsearch. Noone wanted my application, they all said it will just get lost there. Well, on one hand I understand that and could have thought about it, on the other hand it was a bit annoying. Because, well, I made three applications on cd just for that and not I can throw them away, pretty much. At least I got some addresses, I can mail the application too. I hope the ehapa/egmont/vgs people want me. They publish comics. That would just be awsome to edit stuff for them.
The good thing was, my mother didn't only pick me up, to bring me my new chair, but also brought me back home. On friday evening she, my grandmother (who joined her driving here) and I went to see Terminal. I thought it was okay, cute, but well, somehow I expected more, don't know. Not worth seeing it in the cinema I think.
Sunday evening my mother drove me back home, because I wasn't able to make the modem work we bought her on satureday. So we brought her computer with us, sokaneda could have a look. It turned out that just the slot was not working and just putting the card (intern modem, because it is way cheaper then an extern one) into another slot made it work instantly. *headdesks*
Found this site throughjemas journal yesterday. Registered there and will send out some postcards today. I like the idea.
This evening I'll meetgracey if everything works out, but well, if we don't manage to phone for sme reason, gracey, you have my adress, just come here between 18.30 and 20.30 or so :)
Later I'll go to the LaLic.

Ja, ich lebe noch, hat irgendwer mich vermisst?
Naomi ist grade beim Tierarzt, wird kastriert. Arme Katze, aber nunja, es musste gemacht werden. Ich werde sie in ein paar Stunden wieder abholen. Die letzten Tage war sie so eine süße und liebe Katze, hat viel mehr gekuschelt als sonst immer. Sie hat sich sogar auf meinen Schoß gelegt, wenn ich vor dem Computer saß und lag da richtig, richtig lange (halbe Stunde bis Stunde) und schlief da - auch wenn ich tippte. Das hat sie vorher nie getan.
Im Rex läuft jetzt Underworld, spät Freitags und Samstags Nachts (war da nicht jemand, der mir bescheid sagen wollte, wenn das passiert? :-P).
Falls irgendjemand Lust hat mitzukommen (mope, tribun, malicedl, shiverdl, kaneda. seefuchs, zorn, majinaraparticl, oloriel,... garak? *grins* Oder sonstjemand?), sagt es mir einfach. Er ist in deutsch und kostet 2,75 €.
Die Buchmesse war nett wie immer, aber enttäuschend was die Jobsuche anging. Niemand wollte meine Bewerbung haben, alle sagten, sie würden dort ja nur unter gehen. Naja, auf der einen Hand verstand ich das natürlich und hätte dran denken können, auf der anderen Hand war es schon etwas blöd. Weil, naja, ich hab immerhin drei Bewerbungen nur dafür auf CD gebrannt und kann die jetzt wegwerfen. Zumindest bekam ich einige Adressen und kann ihnen die Bewerbung per Mail zukommen lassen. Ich hoffe der ehapa/emont/vgs-Verlag will mich. Die publizieren Comics. Das wäre einfach nur großartig, für die Sachen zu editieren.
Das Gute war, das meine Mutter mich nicht nur abgeholt hat, um mir meinen neuen Stuhl vorbei zu brongen, sondern dass sie mich auch noch heimgebracht hat. Am Freitag Abend waren sie, meine Oma (die mit hierher gefahren ist) und ich im Kino und haben Terminal gesehen. Ich finde er war okay, süß, aber irgendwie habe ich mehr erwartet, weiß auch nicht. Muss man nicht im Kino gesehen haben, finde ich.
Sonntag Abend hat meine Mutter mich wieder nach Hause gefahren, weil ich nicht in der Lage war, das Modem zum Laufen zu bringen, das wir Samstag gekauft hatten. Also haben wir ihren Computer mit hergebracht, damitkaneda ihn sich mal anschauen kann. Es stellte sich heraus, das einfach nur der Slot kaputt war, in den ich die Karte gesteckt hatte (internes Modem, weil viel billiger als ein externes) und sie in einen anderen Slot zu tun half sofort und sie lief ohne Probleme. *kopf auf tisch hau*
Hab diese Seite injemas Journal gefunden, gestern. Hab ich angemeldet und werde heute einige Postkarten losschicken. Ich mag die Idee.
Heute abend werde ich mich mitgracey treffen, wenn alles hinhaut, aber falls wir es nicht hinbekommen nochmal zu telefonieren, gracey, du hast meine Adresse, komm einfach zwischen halb Sieben und halb Neun her oder so :)
Später dann werde ich ins LaLic gehen.
