XML Hilfe gesucht /XML Help needed

Is there anybody on my flist who knows XML?
I have a table in excel 2002/open office and I need to save it as an XML with proper tags and I have no idea how to tell excel/openoffice to apply the tags correctly :-/

Ich hab eine Tabelle und müsste die aus excel 2002/openoffice heraus als XML abspeichern, mit vernünftigen Tags und ich hab keinen blassen Schimmer, wo ich excel/open office sage, wo es welche Tags verwenden soll :-/
Bin für jede Hilfe dankbar!
Gerne auch weiterfragen, falls ihr jemanden kennt, der mir helfen könnte.
