heh, even thou i have a paid account, everything here is done by override codes... (you don't need a paid account for that) :)

but if you want to work on your style, just go to an info page or so (anything where you can see the normal LJ links on the left side) and click on 'edit style'.
choose the easy method :)

but i have to admit, i can't help you that much further :)
just look around there, read what they comment on the single tags, in general its pretty easy, if you take a bit time and know a bit html. :)
