I just called unitymedia.de cause they took over 150 Euro from my bank account and I had no idea why. We canceled our contract a while ago and I guessed it had a reason, I just didn't knew what kind of reason. So I called and asked. And what did they say? Oh, it was a mistake. Okay, so you took over 150 Euro from my bank account by accident and if I wouldn't have called the money would've just been lost for me? Now THAT is great. Not. Pffff!

Speaking of money, I REALLY have to write bills.

I'm having a somewhat similar problem, but kinda the other way around. It was a teacher certification issue. The fingerprinting service messed up and instead of letting anyone know, they just acted like nothing happened. The result: I had to go get it done again yesterday and the corporate office will pay me $600 less for the first month since I'm not "officially" certified yet.
