I just called unitymedia.de cause they took over 150 Euro from my bank account and I had no idea why. We canceled our contract a while ago and I guessed it had a reason, I just didn't knew what kind of reason. So I called and asked. And what did they say? Oh, it was a mistake. Okay, so you took over 150 Euro from my bank account by accident and if I wouldn't have called the money would've just been lost for me? Now THAT is great. Not. Pffff!

Speaking of money, I REALLY have to write bills.

Well, getting the money back isn't usually that big a deal, if you have a "Einzugsermächtigung" At least for me it was real easy. But seriously that's such a lot of money... WTF?!

I'm having a somewhat similar problem, but kinda the other way around. It was a teacher certification issue. The fingerprinting service messed up and instead of letting anyone know, they just acted like nothing happened. The result: I had to go get it done again yesterday and the corporate office will pay me $600 less for the first month since I'm not "officially" certified yet.

Ich räume gerade mal wieder meine Friendslist etwas auf und werde Dein Journal runternehmen. Das liegt ganz und gar nicht daran, daß ich Dich nicht mag oder so etwas, aber Dein Journal und meine gewandelten Interessen haben, glaube ich, nicht mehr viele Schnittpunkte.
