I just called unitymedia.de cause they took over 150 Euro from my bank account and I had no idea why. We canceled our contract a while ago and I guessed it had a reason, I just didn't knew what kind of reason. So I called and asked. And what did they say? Oh, it was a mistake. Okay, so you took over 150 Euro from my bank account by accident and if I wouldn't have called the money would've just been lost for me? Now THAT is great. Not. Pffff!

Speaking of money, I REALLY have to write bills.

Well, getting the money back isn't usually that big a deal, if you have a "Einzugsermächtigung" At least for me it was real easy. But seriously that's such a lot of money... WTF?!
